Alberto Vladimiro Capasso

Notary and lawyer Alberto Vladimiro Capasso was born in Ivrea (TO) on 8 April 1957. He began practicing as a notary in 1989, pursuing the profession of his grandfather Notary Vladimiro and his uncle Notary Raffaello.

He obtained a Master’s Degree in Law in June 1981, with a score of 110/110, defending a thesis in Civil Law, supervised by Professor Stefano Rodotà.

Prior to beginning his career as a notary, Alberto Vladimiro Capasso practiced as solicitor in Rome, and gained some experience as a reserve officer in the Finance Corps.

During his career, Notary Capasso has brought to completion important operations in both the public and private sectors. His clients include leading national insurance companies; top banks also in the special credit sector; institutions and companies of national and international standing; national trade associations.

Services offered go beyond notarial stipulations and management of civil and commercial obligations, also providing preliminary legal guidance, and drafting of independent opinions.  Alberto Vladimiro Capasso is also a former chairman and now board member of ADR Notariato. He sits on the Italian National Council of Notaries’ mediation commission and is also a member of the Italian branch of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), as well as of associations like Insignum and Trust in Italia, the latter founded by Professor Michele Angelo Lupoi.

Giovanna dell’Erba

Notary Giovanna dell’Erba was born in Bari where she graduated summa cum laude in law from Aldo Moro University, with a thesis in banking law. She then specialized in corporate law and qualified to practice as a lawyer in 2016. She was a lawyer for the Rome offices of Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe, serving as a junior associate of the Banking & Finance team.

Subsequently, in 2019, Giovanna dell’Erba qualified to practice as a notary. 

She works with the private law chair of Luiss University Department of Business and Management in the Faculty of Economics, and is part of the Luiss Business School Corporate Legal Consultant advanced training course faculty, supervising the trust module.

She is also a member of the National Council of Notaries’ communication and social commissions.

Giovanna dell’Erba deals chiefly with company law, innovative startups, banks, and Third Sector associations.
